  • During peak seasons, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, order processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 2-5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3-7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5-10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
  • JD Fresh may offer free shipping on selected orders, products, or promotional campaigns from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your package. If the order remains undelivered due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.
