At JD Fresh, we are committed to delivering premium-quality A2 Cow Ghee and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our policy below.

Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, consumed, or partially used.

You may request a replacement or return within 3 days of receiving your order if any of the following situations occur:

  • The product was delivered in a damaged condition.
  • You received an incorrect product.
  • The product packaging was tampered with or leaking at the time of delivery.
  • The product received has crossed its expiry date.
  • The product is significantly different from what was ordered.

Please provide your order number along with clear photographs of the product and packaging to help us process your request quickly.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.
  • The original invoice or order confirmation must be available.
  • The product should be kept in the same condition as received.

JD Fresh reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet the above conditions.

Return Pickup & Replacement Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Our team will arrange a pickup from the delivery address, wherever service is available.
  • After the returned product passes inspection, a replacement product will be dispatched.

Replacement orders are generally processed within 3–7 business days after successful verification of the returned item.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

If the cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund of the order amount will be processed to the original payment method.

JD Fresh reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Incorrect pricing or technical errors
  • Incomplete or inaccurate customer information
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Refunds are generally credited within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
